The Mini Event is a brand-new burlesque competition from the folks who brought you, THE MAIN EVENT at The Great Burlesque Exposition. At The Mini Event the winners are selected by a panel of experts who a passionate about burlesque and personally invested in the performances -- you, the audience! Come on out and vote for categories like "Most Pants Feelings", "Greatest Googly Moogly", and "Damn. That was Awesome".

The Mini Event features performances from EGYPT BLAQUEKNYLE (2016 Best Soloist, Miss Viva Las Vegas Princess 2017; Queen of Texas 2017; 21st Century Burlesque Top 50 of 2016; and many more) and DIAMOND DEVILLE (Most Beautiful 2017) plus other invited guests.

Limited VIP seats are at cabaret tables right by the stage and include a complimentary custom cocktail.

Diamond DeVille

Diamond DeVille started performing burlesque back in 2011 with the fabulous ladies of Lady Luck Burlesque out of Portsmouth NH. After moving to Portland ME, she decided to take some time off to pursue other hobbies. She still performs as a solo artist from time to time, for special events and some festivals. In 2017 she competed for the first time at the GBE, and won the category of Most Beautiful.

Now a days you can catch Diamond under the hood of a car as her and her fiance has opened up their own restoration shop. A burlesque performer and a mechanic... I think I sense a new routine up her sleeve...

BIO Egypt Blaque Knyle is a Professional Dancer, Model, Actress and Business Woman, whose been dancing since the age of four. She has traveled the world with many dance companies and celebrity artist. Egypt was employed by Disney for years performing in a host of shows such as The Lion King. She was the principal dancer in the "Chocolate Nutcracker", playing the Egyptian Queen and the Snake Queen also playing Nefertiti and Hepseptsut in a production called "Queens of the Nile Now". Egypt Blaque Knyle has worked in the naughty entertainment field for many years exotic dancing worldwide as a Headliner. Now embarking on a new journey Egypt debuted her first Neo Burlesque routine “The Question of You” in the Monday Night Tease Exotic Titty Prince Review after graduating from the Lili’s School for Wayward Girls in 2012. Egypt Blaque Knyle was born and continued to dazzle with her acrobatic sexiness and sultry tantalizing dance movement. With a very intensive background in dance Egypt “Wows” her audience as the girl who put all the B’s in Burlesque. She’s Brainticious, Booblicious, Bodacious and Bootylicious. An experienced performer and producer, Scratch is regarded as an expert in promotion, act creation, the history of burlesque, and the diverse aspects of putting on a show.

Bea Trouble

Bea Trouble was just another girl on the farm until on day she wandered into a roadside tent revival. But this was no ordinary event- instead of bibles there was Bling. G-strings instead of Jesus. Since that fateful day Bea has renounced the unadorned world of man to become an international Missionary of Burlesque- spreading the good word for all who come. Trouble- it's more than a name, it's a calling!

Corinne Southern

Corinne Southern is known as "The Shakespeare of Burlesque" for her theatrical style and rapier wit. Miss Shakespeare is 95% glamour and 5% trash. Her weapons of choice include a killer set of pipes and dangerous curves. She is the producer of The Burlesque Speakeasy, a monthly recurring show in Providence,RI. Corinne is involved in the production of a number of other burlesque shows, as well as a freelance solo performer. Leaving a trail of glitter wherever she goes, Corinne Southern is a woman you won't soon forget! Website

Gin-ni Gelato

Gin-ni was dancing right out of her Momma's womb!

She is a current apprentice for the Boston BeauTease.

She has performed in Providence, Central Massachusetts, and Boston.

Miss Myrna Mynx

Miss Myrna Mynx, reigns from South Carolina, but this transplanted bell resides in Austin, Texas. She has chased passion for burlesque with classes at the Austin Academy of Burlesque, as well as a proud alumni of Ginger Valentine's Burlesque Charm School, and a student of Miss Sophie's Burlesque Class. Myrna is a lover of all things Hollywood and rock n roll, as well as champagne and glitter.

Phaedra Black

Phaedra Black is a villainous seductress best known for her perilous contour hailing from Chicago. She formerly appeared on the Gorilla Tango Burlesque, and can regularly be seen performing at Ties 'n Tassels and Festival of Flesh. She is also a founding member and producer for Chicago's newest burlesque troupe The Better Boobie Bureau. Website

Ruby Mechant

Ruby Mechant's presence has graced the stages of New York City's burlesque scene for the past 5 years. She started with a troupe but quickly decided she wanted her own style as a solo artist. She has since then twirled her sequined adorned tassels at various festivals from Vermont to North Carolina, Canada and all the way in the old continent in her home town of Lake Como, Italy. From the first peak of her seductive stems this Italian ingénue can turn on the red light and captivate audience everywhere.

Tapitha Kix

Tapitha Kix is a founding member and producer of the Baltimore-based Troupe, Twisted Knickers. In addition to Burlesque, she is a member of the Part II Dance company, performing traditional tap and jazz dance. She fuses her classical dance background with her acts. Tapitha is also the only known Burlesque dancer since the 1940s to perform in a pair of specially-made ballet pointe shoes equipped with taps. Her “pointe/tap” routines combine traditional ballet, Broadway-style tap dancing, and old-school bump and grind Burlesque to create a truly unique performance.
