This 60-minute class covers the secrets of marketing yourself, setting your rates, contract negotiation, how to get booked, and the all-important art of getting the re-booking. An essential class for anyone who wants to earn money performing burlesque! Please bring any sales collateral (business cards, advertising fliers, branded give-aways, etc.) which you may have.

About the Teacher - Mr. Scratch

Scratch is the founding chair of The Great Burlesque Exposition, the director and producer of BeauTease Burlesque (formerly The Boston Babydolls), and the Curator of The American Burlesque Collection.  An experienced performer and producer, Scratch is regarded as an expert in promotion, act creation, the history of burlesque, and the diverse aspects of putting on a show.

The event is three days of spectacular community-building, shows, education, special events,and shopping. The Great Burlesque Exposition is produced by The Professional Burlesque Society, a registered 501(c)3 non-profit founded in 2007.
